For the golf lovers: a Golf Tour in the Basque Country!

Golf was introduced in continental Europe in 1865 in Pau. No wonder there are so many beautiful golf courses in the Basque country, which neighbours the city of Pau!

It’s therefore so easy to organise a tour given the many golf courses in the Basque region while staying in Biarritz. There are 12 golf courses within a 30km radius from Les Tourelles, our guest house in the centre of Biarritz (and an even more impressive 21 within a 60km radius). These are all unique and provide memorable golfing experiences.

The nearest is the Golf de Biarritz / Le Phare, only 1.7km away, and the farthest, the Real Golf Club de San Sebastian, is still within a 27km radius.

To help you choose among the many golf course offerings in the region during your stay, we’ve gathered them here for you, highlighting what makes each one unique.
